1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted when:

• The wrong product was shipped.
• The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The product does not match the confirmed order.
• A return has been approved by AIM Surgical before the product is shipped back.

Due to the nature of surgical instruments, products that have been used, sterilized, contaminated, altered, engraved, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Request

Customers should contact AIM Surgical as soon as possible after receiving an order and provide:

• Order number
• Product name/SKU
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video showing the problem
• Proof of purchase, where applicable

Do not send products back without receiving return instructions or authorization from AIM Surgical.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly. We may request photographs of the packaging and product to investigate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, AIM Surgical may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund according to the circumstances.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error attributable to AIM Surgical or otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and professional-use reasons, the following may not be returnable:

• Used surgical instruments
• Sterilized or contaminated instruments
• Customized or engraved products
• Products damaged through improper handling
• Products returned without prior authorization

6. Exchanges

Where appropriate and subject to availability, an approved defective or incorrectly supplied product may be exchanged for the correct product.
